With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

➤General info.

Face coverings do not stop you getting infection but the general consensus is that they do help to reduce the spread. This protection only comes if the masks are used properly and using these should not replace the recommended general hygiene of hand washing, social distancing and keeping your hands away from your face. Face mask are an act of kindness to others.

➤Delivery.

 All items are dispatched within a day with Royal Mail for national postage. We offer FREE postage for second class national post. Due to the constraints of the current situation the post can take a little longer than normal. Please be patient, the superheroes at the post office are doing their best to keep up with demand

➤Returns.

 Due to the personal nature of this product, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted. Because all of our products are handmade, please understand that there may be small imperfections or slight variations among our products. Each item is an unique artisan product. We put lots of love, care, and thought into our products, and if there is a quality control issue with your order, please message us right away so we can fix that for you.

Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour from the placed order.
